Application
1. Choose a Stable Surface
- Place the pillow on a firm, flat seat such as an office chair, dining chair, or wheelchair.
- Avoid using it on overly soft or deep surfaces like a plush couch, as it may not provide proper support.
2. Position the Pillow Correctly
- Make sure the hole in the center is properly aligned with the affected area (tailbone, perineum, or lower spine).
